A. It will usually take 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. Shipping times vary based on customer location and may also vary during peak seasons.

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. It will usually take up to 1-3 business days but may experience some delays during peak times of up to 7 business days to dispatch. 
 

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?

A: If your order has not yet been processed & shipped, you can go to your confirmation email and click "cancel order". If you cannot find this option, please feel free to contact our customer service team at customerservice@pawoppa.com.

**Unfortunately, due to high demand and COVID, we are unable to cancel orders once it is being processed or has left our warehouse.

A. We are based in Canada and we ship from our partnered warehouse & vendors scattered across the United States and China. Please note that all products are processed through quality control prior to shipping.
